" Our History Fil-Estate Realty Corporation started in 1981 as a 3-man venture that proved to be as formidable as any well-established conglomerate of business greats. The three founders, Mr. Robert Sobrepeña, Atty. Ferdinand Santos and Mr. Noel M. Cariño combined their marketing, management, and development skills and strengths, and spearheaded the company with a standard of excellence that made the company successful right at its very first project, the Town and Country Executive Village along Marcos Highway. Because of this standard of excellence, Fil-Estate became the preferred marketing group among big real estate developers like Sta. Lucia Realty & Development, Inc. and Techno-Asia Construction & Development, Inc., and became the number one real estate marketing company in the 1990s.
